Review: I bought a 14/16 so I could wear low waisted, but actually seems to fit a little too snug for that and would be too long low waisted. The elastic is quite strong, but is very comfortable high waisted. Great fabric quality and pattern, it's double layered and opaque, and a lovely length when worn high waisted.
